Location: perfect for walking to very many attractions. Very quiet and felt safe with 24hr concierge. Local restaurants pricey but recommend the Italian a few doors along. La Parisienne best patisserie Staff- all superb. Lady and man concierge extremely kind and helpful. Super room cleaning Incredibly comfortable beds unlike any other! Courtyard at front of property is charming. We bought pastries and took our breakfasts in peace there. Fair sized fridge in room. Perfect if you're on a budget. Shower was nice. Liked the approach to being eco friendly. Smallish room, but not for Paris!

The property was in a great location, close to everything I required and close to city monuments. The property was also very clean and surprisingly spacious - it did not feel like 10sqm as the description suggests.

the perfect location, you could not find better in my opinion, close to the metro (Invalides, that’s the name of the nearest stop. Eiffel Tower, Champs Élysée, Champ de Mars, Trocadéro, L’Assemble Nationale) all walking distance from the hotel, plenty to eat and drink and lots and lots of boulangeries as well as 2 supermarkets all within walking distance. continental breakfast is great with fresh bread and pastries every day.

Excellent location, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Tuilleris Garden, Concorde and The Louvre. So we decided not to get tickets for hop on, hop off bus. Just walk around and you will discover more hidden gems of Paris. Close to cafes, restaurants and grocery. Our room is comfortable you have to climb the stairs for the second bed which my son loved it and he decided to use. Very helpful and pleasant staff. We would recommend this hotel A+++

Great location with the metro nearby which took us to Monmartre for the day which is well worth a visit. Walk to the gate of the hotel and you can see the Eiffel Tower which is within walking distance. Reception staff were very helpful and the hotel met our needs perfectly. Hotel is a little quirky and shabby chic which we liked. Room was a bit small but was fine for my sister and I who were there for three days. Nice little bakeries very nearby and good little cafes which were perfect for a nightcap. I would look for this hotel if I were to visit Paris again.

We loved the location! Walkable to the Eiffel tower, Seine River, many shops and restaurants and for a longer walk 1.3 miles to the Louvre! Safe neighborhood. There was a friendly and helpful staff who didn’t mind speaking English and arranging shuttles to the airport. It has Very cute and eclectic decor with modern bathrooms ( with full bidets) and comfortable beds.

Fabulous location. Right in the heart of the 7th arrondisement, just 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Musee Rodin, Rue Cler etc. Wonderful shops and restaurants. Hotel is set back off the street, so very little traffic / street noise. Lovely staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable, albeit on the small side as is always the case in Paris.

Great location, very nicely decorated rooms with cute little perks, green & sustainable in every sense and has a great breakfast. Friendly staff that speak good English. Compared to other hotels in the area better value for money.

Small hotel with original, if quirky, style. The area is quiet and the street has a nice view of the Eiffel tower. Good mattress on the real bed (the sofa bed less so). Friendly personnel.

This hotel is absolutely awesome! You just need to exit to the street and there it is (in the distance) - the Eiffel Tower! The room itself is quite small, but excellently organized and most importantly - very, very clean. We heard that this hotel serves good breakfast, but since we were just a show-walk distance from the Eiffel Tower we decided to have breakfast there - you can find multiple bakeries on the way to buy an classic baguette or croissant and coffee (there are some grocery stores too). Also worth mentioning is this hotel eco-attitude - they try to be as green as possible.
